Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Rates
U.S. Mainland
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
- Orders under $75 are charged shipping at checkout based on the product's size and weight.
Alaska & Hawaii
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times may be longer than mainland deliveries.
- Please note that some oversized or supplier-restricted products are not available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Any restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.

These delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. While many orders arrive sooner, shipping times may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products may ship from different fulfillment centers or suppliers. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. There will be no additional shipping charges.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once it has been processed.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@summerybloom.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
